1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between omi88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at omi88.cam ("the Website", "the Platform").

omi88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform under international online gaming licensing. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Operator and the User. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on omi88, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account or accessing any of our services. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time without individual notice.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the Platform to access services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, including both deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by the Operator subject to applicable promotion terms.
• "Deposit" — the transfer of real money funds by a User into their Account via supported payment methods.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity verification and age verification documentation required by the Operator.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile interface, and all services accessible at omi88.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" — any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Turnover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User is required to bet before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of available funds from a User's Account to their designated payment instrument.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on omi88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. omi88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with international responsible gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other party.
• You do not already hold an existing active omi88 account. Each person is entitled to one account only.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of omi88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not suffering from, and have not been diagnosed with, a gambling addiction, and have not been subject to a self-exclusion order from this or any other gaming platform.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. omi88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

You must notify omi88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. omi88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same person — whether identified by name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts may be voided and forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

omi88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All deposits are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for crypto transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to your chosen payment method's own limits. omi88 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

Funds deposited via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available methods. omi88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

The Operator reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You must not have any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds forming part of the withdrawal amount. Withdrawals of purely bonus funds without satisfying applicable turnover requirements will not be processed.

5.3 Currency & Fees

omi88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own fees, for which omi88 accepts no responsibility. All player balances are maintained in MYR.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

omi88 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified per individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings.
• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount.
• omi88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• The misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of bonus funds to place low-risk, qualifying bets with the sole purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements without genuine play intent (commonly known as "bonus abuse"), will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are denominated in MYR and will be credited to the bonus balance of qualifying accounts in accordance with promotion-specific timing.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on omi88 is governed by these general terms and, where applicable, the specific rules of each game or sports market. In the event of any conflict, game-specific or market-specific rules shall prevail over these general provisions.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on omi88 cover a wide range of events including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. All odds are subject to change until the point at which a bet is confirmed. omi88 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes on any event at its sole discretion.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are operated via third-party studio providers. Game results are determined by certified random number generators or physical dealing processes conducted in licensed studios. omi88 is not responsible for interruptions to live streams resulting from network issues beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake in any game or sports market, omi88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the applicable stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the omi88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform as a vehicle.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing self-exclusion orders or bonus restrictions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, forged, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to mask your true geographic location, particularly where such use is intended to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of betting markets.

omi88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities and gaming regulators in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Any confirmed breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the omi88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content ("Content"), is the property of omi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of omi88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omi88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, whether attributable to game outcomes, technical faults, or any other cause.
• Interruptions to service availability due to maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Actions taken by the Operator in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or bonus cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Operator's total liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.

11 Responsible Gambling

omi88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to maintain control of their gaming activity. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds applicable to your account.
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, during which your account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

omi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority.
• Where the Operator is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Upon account closure for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraudulent activity is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely. Where an account is closed at the User's own request and without cause, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) shall be returned to the User via the last verified payment method.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which omi88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform shall first be referred to omi88's customer support team for internal resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief through competent courts where necessary.

14 Amendments to These Terms

omi88 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at omi88.cam/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
